Job Description

The primary purpose of Boutique Supervisor position is to provide a vital middle-management layer to oversea floor operations and efficiency; foster a healthier talent ladder and ensure consistent policy execution across the team; play a key role in assisting team to find out business opportunities.

The role will report to Boutique Manager directly, and key responsibilities including:

  • Sales & Performance — Assist the line manager in achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability; monitor weekly, monthly, and annual KPIs tied to the boutique sales plan and coach the team for results.
  • Store Operations — Partner with the line manager to cascade timely, accurate information across the team and ensure effective use of all company systems.
  • Compliance — Ensure full compliance with health & safety, product safety, audit, and operating procedures at all times.
  • Customer Service — Lead by example in delivering excellent service; communicate clearly, courteously, and effectively; resolve all customer concerns satisfactorily; and publicly recognize outstanding service.
  • CRM — Support the line manager in maintaining CRM in line with company requirements.
  • Marketing & Merchandising — Collaborate with the line manager and marketing department on programs, events, and merchandising/product flow plans that strengthen the brand position and maximize sales.
  • Team Development & Training — Attend company training and meetings as required; assist in implementing training and coaching; and support the development of all team members to fulfill both their current role and future potential.
  • Administration & Reporting — Maintain accurate, neat, and confidential documentation; uphold a professional and self-motivated attitude at all times; and prepare monthly reports (weekly sales update, sales evolution, inventory, competitor, etc.).

    Qualifications

    We are seeking a candidate with strong hospitality service sense and the rich sales experience in luxury industry.

    • 4 years above in luxury retail with at least 1-2 years in a senior or supervisory role with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
    • Professional working proficiency in English.
    • Advanced proficiency in CRM and Microsoft.
    • High touch hospitality and client experience background for better understanding of the AP House.
