Work you'll do

Your Role:

• Enhance strategic and risk management solutions by researching, meeting stakeholders, identifying key metrics/frameworks, preparing documents, and writing reports.
• Evaluate clients’ governance and operation practices using insights to find gaps against leading standards to enhance their productivities.
• Lead risk assessments and create mitigation plans to help clients identify, prioritize, and manage risks.
• Analyze complex business processes and design solutions to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Seek growth opportunities, share knowledge, and represent Deloitte positively.
• Build relationships and communicate effectively with peers and stakeholders.

We are looking for someone with

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Management, Risk Management, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in consulting (e.g., Big 4), finance/audit, or business process improvement.
• Excellent written and spoken Japanese and Mandarin (technical and business).
• Strong analytical skills and commitment to quality client service.
• Good consulting skills, self-motivation, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to learn quickly, apply domain knowledge, and implement solutions.
• Experience using Excel, PowerPoint, Generative-AI, and other BI tools for organizing data.
• Certifications like CICPA, CIA, CISA, CISSP, or CISM are a plus.
