AI Workforce Consultant - M365 Copilot & AI

As a Technical Consultant, you will support the delivery of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI-enabled solutions for enterprise customers.

This role is designed for early‑career technical consultants who have foundational project experience and are actively building capabilities in AI, Copilot, and modern productivity solutions. You will work under the guidance of experienced architects or technical leads, contributing to well‑scoped solution components while developing hands‑on skills in AI‑driven scenarios.

AI & Copilot Solution Delivery Support

• Support the analysis of customer business scenarios and identify opportunities where AI and Copilot can improve productivity and workflows.
• Participate in the delivery of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions, including configuration, testing, and deployment support.
• Assist in implementing AI-powered use cases, such as knowledge retrieval, task automation, and conversational assistants.

Technical Implementation & Configuration

• Configure and customize Copilot Studio solutions based on predefined architectures and best practices.
• Apply basic prompt engineering techniques to improve Copilot and agent responses.
• Support the integration of enterprise data sources (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Graph-based data) into AI and Copilot scenarios.

Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement Support

• Assist with technical demos, PoCs, and workshops related to Copilot and AI adoption.
• Provide technical input to help validate feasibility and implementation approaches under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support documentation and explanation of AI-enabled solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.

Learning, Assets & Knowledge Sharing

• Continuously build hands-on knowledge of AI concepts, LLM fundamentals, and Copilot capabilities.
• Document implementation steps, lessons learned, and reusable assets or patterns.
• Stay current with Microsoft updates related to Copilot, AI, and Modern Work solutions.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 0–2 years of experience in technical consulting, system implementation, software engineering, or related roles.
• Hands-on exposure to Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, or enterprise productivity solutions.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts, such as large language models (LLMs), copilots, or automation tools.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them in real project scenarios.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Working proficiency in English for documentation and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or low-code / no-code tools.
• Basic experience with scripting or programming (any language is acceptable).
• Participation in AI-related projects, labs, hackathons, or internal innovation initiatives.
• Microsoft Fundamentals or Associate-level certifications (or willingness to obtain).
