Job Description:

岗位职责

协助AI项目经理推进医疗行业AI应用项目的日常运营与交付工作，包括数据整理、验证、成果汇总及需求协调。 参与医学影像AI应用的业务理解与场景分析，协助完成影像数据标签分类、模型结果验证与临床反馈整理。 支持AI相关项目文档编制工作，包括医疗知识文档、业务流程说明、培训资料及汇报材料。 跨部门协作，与产品、算法、数据团队沟通医疗实践需求，促进AI模型在医院场景中的落地。 跟踪项目进度与交付风险，参与运营报告撰写及指标统计分析。 协助知识库和业务资料的整理维护，参与AI项目知识管理体系建设。 关注医疗AI前沿技术，定期收集与分析行业案例，为项目优化提供参考。

任职要求

医学影像学、临床医学、生物医学工程、医信、计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历。 有医疗行业实习或工作经验者优先，了解医院影像科业务流程与数据规范（PACS/RIS 等系统）。 对人工智能及数据分析有基本认识，了解 Python、机器学习或图像识别等技术者优先。 具备良好的沟通协作能力，能在医疗专家与IT技术人员之间进行信息转换与需求对接。 熟练使用 Office、Excel、PPT 等基础工具，具备整理和汇报项目数据的能力。 责任心强、学习能力好、逻辑思维清晰，能快速理解复杂医疗与技术场景。 英语四级及以上，具备专业文献阅读与资料编译能力尤佳。
