The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Managed Services team you design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that leverage advanced large language models and machine learning frameworks. As an Associate you focus on learning and contributing to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. This role offers the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams, build scalable AI applications, and drive business transformation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the development and implementation of managed service strategies

- Engage in research to support project objectives and client needs

- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction

- Analyze data to derive insights and inform decision-making

- Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders

- Support senior staff in executing project tasks and initiatives

- Adapt to changing project requirements and client expectations

- Foster relationships with clients to understand their challenges and objectives

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 4 to 8 years of experience in AI solution development

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science preferred

- Experience with enterprise AI platforms preferred

- Familiarity with multimodal models preferred

- Proficiency in Python and REST APIs

- Understanding of NLP and generative models

- Demonstrating problem-solving and analytical thinking

- Explaining complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
