As part of the AI Solutions Development team you build and iterate AI-powered features and tools that drive innovation. As an Associate you support senior developers and project leads, engaging in collaborative learning while contributing to impactful AI solutions that enhance client experiences. This role offers a unique chance to deepen your technical skills in a fast-paced environment, where your curiosity and adaptability are key to navigating the evolving landscape of AI technology.

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering

- 1 to 3 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Demonstrated proficiency in Python programming

- Working knowledge of RESTful APIs

- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals

- Experience with standard development tools

- Exposure to cloud platforms

- Comfortable working with structured data

- Working knowledge of how LLMs function

What Sets You Apart

- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks preferred

- Familiarity with agentic AI design patterns preferred

- Utilizing vector databases for retrieval tasks

- Basic experience with Python web frameworks preferred

- Understanding containerization concepts preferred
